If you go one evening in the direction of the Mola, just after Es Calò, but before starting the climb to the last strip of land of the island, stop and be surprised by Caterina, a restaurant that offers traditional and Italian cuisine. The whole environment is studied in detail. Enzo and Antonio Trisorio, two brothers from Milan, are the soul of this restaurant. Caterina instead is their mother, and that's why the name of their place is born. The menu offers typical dishes of traditional Italian cuisine, using high quality and always fresh products. We start with home-made bread, different types: bread with cuttlefish ink, turmeric, cinnamon and paprika. Interesting tasting menu: meat, fish or vegetarian. From the classic menu, try the chickpea cream with prawns, the carbonara di mare, the mare that is nothing more than a fish that is prepared filleted to the plate on a cream of asparagus and a part instead is served raw to tartare.
